Friday quote and update

"Reality can destroy the dream; why shouldn't the dream destroy reality?" - George Moore

I believe we create our personal reality with our thoughts. I believe if enough of us believe in love, and gratitude, and service and live our lives every day with that in mind, we can change the world to a happier, kinder, more beautiful place.

That said - I've been glued to the computer working this week, trying to make up for not working much last week. Oh yes, the stress of the world and other peoples negativity knocks me down, too, occasionally. But I get back up.

I've given myself a personal challenge to add one coloring page every day to Color-Your-Own.com. This is what I've added so far this week:

So far - so good! Of course, the real test will be this weekend when the menfolk are home from work.

I also added six chapters of my novel, "Moving On", online. I missed two weeks, so I thought I should make it up to anyone who was actually trying to read it. I will do better in the future, and probably add more than one chapter or page a week anyway. I am once again looking at yet another program that may allow me to make it available in a downloadable form. Cross your fingers. It's an expensive program, but not as pricey as the AdobePublisher. I can afford it if the Adsense income keeps up like it has been and we don't come up needing the money urgently for something else. (Famous Last Words)

Oh yeah, I started a poll, too. Obviously it is part curiousity, part very non-scientific research for my adult biz. And mostly - fun.

That poll site is fun. :P Addicting and time wasting - like those quiz sites...

As much as I've been working, and blogging - that's about all I have to brag on today. Most of the blogs have had some sort of update this week, and the Naturalist Notebook got a facelift, some photos, and featured on I and the Bird Carnival. :D

I'm working on adding these neat MyBlogLog widgets to all the blogs that show a list of all the blogs, updates, stuff like that. And I'm twittering - insufferably I suppose.

Almost time for my afternoon break, walk about, fill up water troughs, eat something, put up some laundry...and then back to the coal mine.

Blessedbe
