| About the Artist
I have been drawing since I could hold a pencil, and drawing those things I love the most, including greyhounds. I am completely self-taught. The portraits here are mostly chalk pastel - a medium I was told you cannot get details enough for portraits with - fortunately AFTER I had done a number of portraits with them! *grin* I also work in pencil, colored pencil, oil pastel, acrylics, and hope to teach myself watercolor and oils this winter.
Now and then you may find a piece for sale on eBay (my user name is foovay), but I've discovered I am most successful and happy doing my own little thing, making clipart, websets, ecards and so on. I no longer do commission portraits at all, other than those donated for greyhound fundraisers. If you would like to make a request, feel free to Email me.
