Mushroom recipe wins contest!
I got all excited at the headline, then when I checked out the page I discovered that the recipe does call for meat. However - I think the sausage could easily be replaced with Boca Crumbles or Boca Sausage broken up into crumble like bits, or whatever meat replacer you prefer.
