Mild Yogurt Dip
- 2 heaped tablespoons of plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesian cheese
- 1 pinch of Hatch medium green chile powder
I like this with crackers or vegetables. To make the flavors more intense, add a teaspoon of lime juice.
